FELV Vaccination (if cat is allowed outside or if any cat housemates are allowed outside)

We ask you to email us a copy of the above vaccination records before your pet visits with us or bring the original certificate so we may make a copy upon your pet’s arrival.

Under Pennsylvania law, we cannot board your pet unless they have the required vaccinations.

Please let us know any special situations or medications needed for your pet.
